This leadership transition is an important step in Highland’s continued expansion and strategic evolution under the ownership of HCI Equity Partners.
Mike joins Highland with more than 25 years of experience in construction, operations, and executive leadership. Most recently serving as COO for American Track, a North American Rail Solutions Company. Mike has held key leadership roles at BluSky Restoration Contractors and Renewable Energy Systems Americas, where he oversaw national operations, led organizational transformation, and scaled growth through acquisitions.
