Josh DiBiasi is a Vice President and joined the HCI Equity Partners team in 2020. He is responsible for evaluating, executing, and monitoring investments made by the firm.
Prior to joining HCI, Mr. DiBiasi was an Associate at Gladstone Capital Corporation, a middle market BDC fund, where he was involved in underwriting and managing investments in a variety of industries. Prior to that, Mr. DiBiasi was an Investment Banking Analyst at D.A. Davidson & Co. on their consumer products team where he focused on executing middle market mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions.
Mr. DiBiasi received a Bachelor of Science from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona, where he double majored in Finance and Accounting.
