Michael Allen is a Senior Associate and joined the HCI Equity Partners team in 2021. He focuses across the spectrum of industrial product and service industries.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Allen was an Associate at Adams Street Partners in the Private Credit Group, executing debt and equity investments in middle-market companies across industries. Mr. Allen began his career as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan in the Corporate Client Banking & Leveraged Finance group.
Mr. Allen is a graduate of the Boston College’s Carroll School of Management where he doubled majored in Finance and Economics.
