Executive Partners

Nick Billig has been an Executive Partner with HCI since 2015 focused on existing portfolio companies and new investments in the building products space. Mr. Billig brings significant general management experience both in large public and smaller middle market companies in the branded consumer, industrial and wider building products markets. He also brings significant international experience.

Mr. Billig’s building products experience began at Masco Corporation, a global provider of branded building products. He later became CEO of Moore’s Furniture Group, the UK’s largest kitchen and bathroom cabinetry manufacturer. Nick was subsequently promoted to Group Vice President Masco Europe where he was responsible for 9 operating companies with multiple manufacturing and distribution locations across Western and Central Europe. In 2012 he moved back to the U.S. as CEO of ACPI, a PE-led carve out of Armstrong World Industries’ cabinet division.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Duke University.
