This group of experienced executives has been selected from our personal networks, prior HCI portfolio companies or have targeted industry expertise. The Executive Partners support the HCI team in sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities and often join portfolio companies as board members or fill executive positions. We look for Executive Partners with experience in large corporate environments within our industry focus that have expertise in sales and marketing, supply chain, accounting, strategy, human resources, IT and business development.
